The shift
Ranking well is no longer the same as being found.

What is "AI visibility" and why should I care?
A growing share of "who should I hire" questions now go to an AI assistant instead of a search box. The assistant answers from sources it can read and verify, and it usually names only a handful of businesses. If your site gives those systems nothing structured to work with, you can rank well in Google and still be absent from the answer — and your analytics will not show you the customers you never got.
Is this just SEO with a new name?
No, though they overlap. Traditional SEO optimizes for ranked links a person clicks. AI visibility optimizes for being the cited source inside a generated answer where there may be no links at all. The technical foundations are shared — structured data, clean architecture, consistent entity information — but the goal and the measurement are different.
What is the difference between the free Snapshot and the paid audits?
The free Visibility Snapshot is a one-page read produced in well under an hour: your Google presence, whether your site exposes usable structured data, what a local search returns, and two or three fixes. The $400 Local Visibility Audit is a hands-on manual review of a single-location business, delivered in a week with a call. Do you only work with Tri-Lakes businesses?

How long before I see results?

Who owns the website when you build it?
You do, completely. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and the code lives in a repository you own. We get added as an administrator so we can do the work, and you can remove that access whenever you like. Nothing is held hostage, and there is no version of leaving that requires our cooperation. Hosting on Cloudflare is free at this size, so we do not mark it up or bill you for it.
Do you require a long contract?
No. Project work is fixed-price and scoped up front. Hourly work is billed against an estimate you approve before it starts. There is nothing to lock into and nothing to cancel.
